Ais! I am heavy now ... since this morning weighed more. Do not ask me why but it must be to retain fluid at night or something, but a sliver more simpre weight (400g or so) in the morning. Evening weight less ... and happened to me yesterday: P

Total ... 77.7, 77.6 and hovering ... It seems impossible but for almost a month weighed 77 kg. Apart from that I have left and have sin (Friday, Tuesday and know what else) because that takes its toll. I need to behave myself a little while and see the scale go down. Lack of exercise

'm sure it is not, so I will try to remove as much as tolerated to y. .. in short, not sin: \\ I'm afraid that this short week would be a meal roll to see the fucking scale down. I swear before Easter saw the 76.9! > __ \u0026lt;XD
