Dukan Recipes: Steamed Mussels

Well, I know there is a very elaborate dish, but I'm sure there will be more than a clumsy @ not know how. Within the category clumsy including me eh? lol I did not know and had to investiagr a bit, but the result is a super healthy dish, different and above all VERY cheap

. We're talking about a lunch or dinner € 1.80 which is what the net cost of mussels, so what more could you want? :)
Difficulty: low

Time: half (30 mins from start to you eat, what more has to clean up the mussels) diet
Phase: Phase attack and cruise phase (pp and pv)

INGREDIENTS

A mesh of fresh mussels (1kg)
  • 1 lemon salt water
  • Optional: Laurel
PREPARATION

seems silly but that are rich have their point! not worth to throw in the pot to boil and Now haha:)
1. Let's clean the mussels. The'll wash, I will remove the "beards", ie those unsightly hairs with using a knife. Also scrape the crust are out.

2. Once clean, we'll put a pot to boil with a dash of salt and one or two bay leaves if you want (I did not put).

3. When you boil mussels are going to get camaraderie in the pot. Now we will cover the pot and leave it over high heat.



4.Now wait to release the stifle top white, come on, you release foam. At that time, turn off heat and leave for 2 minutes with the lid.

5. Then drain the mussels, put them in a clean container and squeeze a lemon over the mussels.
